About the Journal

The Editorial Board of ÀSÀ: UNIOSUN Journal of Humanistic and Development Studies invites original and high-quality submissions for its Volume 3 edition. This journal provides a platform for the dissemination of critical research and scholarship in the Humanities, Social Sciences, and Development Studies. It seeks to explore interdisciplinary perspectives that advance understanding and contribute to sustainable development. The journal is published annutally in June. It will be published in both online and hardeopies.

ÀSÀ: UNIOSUN Journal of Humanistic and Development Studies welcome submissions addressing, but not limited to the following fields: Literature, Language, Cultural Studies, Gender and Sexuality Studies, History and Diplomatic Studies, Philosophy, Media and Communication Studies, Digital Humanities and Emerging Technologies, Indigenous Knowledge Systems, Development Policy and Governance, Migration, Diaspora, and Globalisation, Theatre and Film Studies,Linguistics, Tourism, Religious Studies, Foreign Languages, African Languages, etc.

Articles may adopt theoretical,empirical, or comparative approaches. Interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary works are strongly encouraged. All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review to ensure scholarly rigour and relevance.Authors will be notified of the status of their submissions within 6-8 weeks of submission.
